Job Description
Sunshine Venture is hiring a Telecalling Executive to support customer engagement and sales activities. This role focuses on communicating with customers over the phone to promote products, inform about offers, and resolve basic queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to share information about offers, discounts, new arrivals, and services.
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries related to products, availability, and store details.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to boost engagement and footfall.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and interactions.
- Coordinate with store or support staff to fulfill customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure professional and polite communication to build strong customer relationships.
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (higher secondary); graduates preferred.
- Experience: Fresher to any experience — entry-level friendly.
- Skills Needed:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Convincing and customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling systems.
