Job Description
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Bareilly. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, beautiful, and functional digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
🌟 Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms
🎨 Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows
🔍 Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
🧠 Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure feasibility
🧩 Maintain and evolve a design system with consistent visual language
📊 Translate feedback into design refinements and improved user journeys
📁 Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and clients
Required Skills
✅ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
✅ Understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
✅ Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
✅ Ability to create responsive designs for different devices
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work (wireframes → prototypes → final screens)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Design / Computer Science / HCI / Multimedia
✨ Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
✨ Experience with usability testing tools and design systems
