Job Description
The Factory Helper will support daily factory operations by assisting skilled workers and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and production staff
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness of factory floor and work areas
- Support packing, labeling, and material handling tasks
- Follow safety rules and supervisor instructions
- Help in basic maintenance and routine factory work
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Age: 18 years and above
- Skills: Physically fit, punctual, team player
Working Hours
- 8–9 hours per day
- 6 days a week
